How soon after an event will the event images appear on this web site?
Images are usually uploaded to the site within about 8 hours after an event, depending upon how far the event is from our office.
Is there a minimum order value for print orders?
No we don't have a minimum order value however it's a good idea to order as many prints of all sizes that you need in order to minimize postage.
It's also true that postcard size prints are not really exhibition quality. If you want a true exhibition quality print that you can frame, then a 16" x 20" print on
Kodak Endura Professional Photographic Paper is the way to go.
How long will it take for my prints to be delivered?
If you order on line your prints will generally be delivered to you within ten days and overseas within 10-21 days. All prints are hand finished so we can't shrink the delivery process.
Can I collect my prints from your premises?
Unfortunately not. Our prints are processed by a top professional laboratory and we try to have the laboratory ship to our customers direct to shorten delivery times. Our contract laboratory will not allow private collections.
How do I pay for my prints?
You don't use your credit card online. When we're processing your order we'll phone you for credit card details or we'll send you our address and banking details - or, you can do a transfer into our account. Whichever way you choose, your security is ensured.
Can I return my prints for a refund if I'm not happy with them?
Absolutely - If all prints are posted back to us (bear a postmark) 48 hours from date of delivery, we will refund all payments for prints and freight for that order. Having said that, we've never had a disappointed client, but you can rest assured that you have the opportunity.
Can www.horsepictures.com.au organize framing for my prints?
Unfortunately not - There are hundreds of different styles of framing and we can't know which type or style will suit your decor. Also, it's impossible for us to ship framed prints economically without breakage. We leave the framing up to you but we can advise you on what it should cost.
Can I book your photographer for a private photography session or commission?

Why are some events password protected?
Some events are password protected on request by the people or organisations for whom the photographic shoot was carried out. The members of the authorised viewing group will have been sent login criteria when the pictures were uploaded. If you think you should have access, please
email us giving the name of the event or album in the header.
